WE DELIVER OUTCOMES IN SPECIAL SITUATIONS
About Us
"Special Situations" has many meanings and connotations: growing too quickly, loss of a key customer, mismanagement, fatigued lender or equity sponsor, macro-event driven dislocations, litigation, spinoffs, restructurings and other complex circumstances. Every one of these issues are different, but they each have operational AND financial components to manage and common elements on what a should be done first to preserve, and ultimately maximize, value for the business and its stakeholders.

Our “product” is our skill and expertise in managing all aspects of the situation; delivering the right solutions at the right time. We are a hands-on firm whose professionals have delivered outcomes for hundreds of businesses and stakeholders, with billions of dollars of capital at stake.

We derive these outcomes through our unique ability to seamlessly deliver BOTH the operational AND financial aspects of an outcome. From stabilizing cash flow and improving business metrics to refinancing/restructuring the capital structure or selling the business or assets– all part of the package we deliver to produce an outcome.
